Living History: Unveiling Another Truth About Lowell, Arizona

Is Lowell, Arizona a ghost town? The first entries on Google say it is. But, I recently went there on a weekday, and it looked there were people working. Granted, people may not live there, but it seems people still work there.

The following images are from a Saturday morning visit in February.

’57 Chevy parked two doors down from the Harley store.

I am fairly certain there is someone living in this vintage Greyhound bus, thus defying the ghost town theory.

Ford F-100 parked outside the Texaco. Probably waiting for a valve job.
Which item does not fit? I’m going with the Jaguar.
Turquois, white, chrome, and rust ’57 Chevy parked outside the five and dime store. Due to inflationary times, Sprouse and Reitz Co. has had to increase some prices to 15 cents.
